I like to see the people in Westview that are out of Wanda's vision and are barely moving as unloaded chunks in Minecraft. For Minecraft players, it can be easy to understand, there are regions of the player that are "loaded" where the entities are moving normally, act normal and go by their respected AI. But if you leave that chunk with the entities they become unloaded, and nothing moves. When the player moves back and loads the chunk the AI will return as if no time has passed between the time the chunk was unloaded.
So by that, WandaVision is similar to that. Wanda is the player, you in Minecraft. They go around Westview and all the citizens go on with their casual, mind-controlled lives. They are the mobs, animals and AI. When Wanda moves around town, she loads and unloads chunks of Westview and the people around her are moving normally. But Vision is the one that goes past those loaded chunks, into the semi-loaded chunks where that one woman in episode 6 was doing one repeating motion. The people in the outskirts of Westview are not moving or respondent, they are unloaded and their AI is shut down.
I see this representation is very strong with me because this could be very similar to her powers. She is not having kids active outside of Halloween to SAVE energy, not use her powers to her maximum. Just like in Minecraft, you can change your render distance to preserve energy, have more control over your overall performance. Wanda isn't having the outskirts of Westview loaded so she has more control over the area SHE is in and what she views.
Its not a theory, but a representation that makes the situation easier to understand. :)

I just thought of something and wanted to get the comments opinion on it, so you know how Agatha implies that the scarlet witch is a myth among witches, well if you didn’t know in the comics the name scarlet witch was just a name Wanda made for herself, but they changed it so that it was more important and not just a name, but anyway the point I’m getting to is that what if Mysterio was Conceived from an mcu legend because one thing I would enjoy is Mysterio with actual magic and powers so he would be more of a threat also he could get his powers from stolen artifacts from the sancum Santorum

The real question actually is, did Wanda subconsciously create sperm that fertilized her? Because if Wanda could do that, the twins are real, because Wanda is basically building real biological bodies at high speed via her pregnancy.
I honestly am living in hope they make the twins vanish, but do run a course where they get shuffled off into foster care, so the characters are present in the background to be brought back (maybe recast) in future movies.

So in the most recent WandaVision Theory MatPat said that Wanda's Kids for some reason had the powers of their mother and uncle, and he said that it seemed very weird. But if you watch the end of Episode 8 of WandaVision, you see Wanda create Vision from basically nothing. So we know that Wanda can create something from nothing. While that reasoning isn't scientific, I don't know the proper way to explain it, and it probably has something to do with Wanda creating Westview in the way it is now. But that got me thinking if that can be done with Vision, why not the kids? So the kids were probably created by Wanda in an immaculate conception style so she can have the perfect life with Wanda. Now, why do I say that Vision didn't do anything to help in the creation of the kids. Because he is still a sentient AI in a robotic body. Episode 2 shows us that the gum actively affects his robotic body and no evidence has been put into the show to prove that he is a human. But how does this affect the kids and their powers? It's my belief that because Wanda and Pietro are related, she carries the recessive gene for superspeed. Meaning that she can pass down the superspeed gene to her kid, her witch powers to her son, and not have to worry about one of the kids having the same power as his uncle.
